CCB is committed to respecting and protecting your personal privacy. We do also expect our members to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others. Since privacy is, in part, a function of our members’ password, we encourage them not to share them with anyone.

Our employees, administrators and internet providers are bound to respect the terms and regulations of this present statement.

What information does the CCB collect from you  ?

You can visit our site and use most of our services without having to tell us who you are or reveal any personal information to us. There is no use of cookies or trailing of your IP-address on this site.

Howerver certain professional and personal data are recorded during the registration on this website, or of your membership. Fields such as first name, last name, language, private address, phone, function title are obligatory for the validity of any membership.

The recording of this data is necessary for us in order to identify you (as a member), to keep you informed of our activities, to forward you interesting information on our business, to send you invitations and free subscriptions or just simply deliver your CCB Annual.

Use of personal data

The Creative Club of Belgium engages itself not to share the personal data that you have submitted to us, unless you give us your personal authorization or unless we comply with court orders. This data will never be accessible by a third party, companies or individuals. Furthermore, CCB will not sell or disclose your personally identifiable information as customer lists to anyone.

However CCB will be allowed to share members’ private address with sponsors in order to provide a product or service you have requested such as free subscription to newspapers. These third parties do not have the right to use your personal information we share with them beyond what is necessary to deliver your requested product or service.

Any other form of direct marketing (by post or e-mail), initiated by the CCB itself or one of its partners, will not be sent to your personal address but to your professional address.
